These terms cover your use of oakwiresystems.com, the services you buy from Oakwire Systems, and the text messages we send. By using this website, signing up for a plan or free trial, or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site, sign up, or opt in to texts.

Using our website

• The information on this site is general information about Oakwire Systems and our services. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Plans, prices, and features described on the site may change. Your order, any written agreement with us, and these terms set out the specific services and terms that apply to you.
• Please give us accurate and complete information, and use the site and our forms for real inquiries and lawful purposes only.
• Don’t misuse the site, try to break it, try to get unauthorized access to our systems, or send spam through it.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Our services

Our services are for business and professional use. Depending on your plan, they may include Google Business Profile setup and optimization, websites and landing pages, a CRM, missed-call text-back, review requests, scheduling, confirmations and reminders, invoicing and text-to-pay, call answering, advertising setup and management, and related automation. The services included in your plan are the ones listed for that plan on our site or in your order.

We may update, improve, or change parts of the services over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

Free trial and billing

• 30-day free trial. The Foundation plan includes a 30-day free trial.
• Card required. A valid payment card is required at signup to start the trial. You will not be charged during the 30-day trial.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your Foundation plan automatically renews at $297 per month when the trial ends, and your card is charged $297 then and each month after that until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel anytime using the billing link we send you or by emailing hello@oakwiresystems.com. If you cancel before your 30-day trial ends, you will not be charged.
• Month-to-month. Plans are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. If you cancel after you’ve been charged, your plan stays active through the end of the month you’ve paid for and does not renew again.
• Other plans and add-ons. Growth, Dominate, Website Only, and add-ons (such as 24/7 call answering) are billed monthly at the price shown on our site or agreed in your order. Any setup fee is as stated in your order.
• Refunds. Amounts already charged are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a refund.
• Missed payments. If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it isn’t resolved, we may pause or end your services.
• Ad spend. Advertising costs paid to Google, Meta, or other ad platforms are separate from our fees unless your order says otherwise.

No guarantees of results

We work hard to help your business get found and win more work, but we don’t guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, or other results. Results vary with your business, market, competition, and how you use the services. The only exception is a written commitment that is part of your plan, such as the Growth plan lead commitment shown on our site, which applies on the terms stated there.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your business and contact information accurate and up to date.
• Keep your logins and account access secure and confidential, and tell us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
• Follow all laws that apply to your business and to how you use our services. If you use our system to call, text, or email your own customers, you are responsible for having their consent where the law requires it and for honoring opt-outs.
• Respond to new leads and give us the access and information we reasonably need to provide the services.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

What you’ll receive

Text messages from Oakwire Systems about your inquiry, scheduling and reminders for appointments or calls, account and service notifications, customer support, and occasional information and offers about our services.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive texts from us in either of these ways:

• Verbally, by telling us on a phone call that we may text you; or
• On our website, by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms before you submit it. The box is optional and is never pre-checked.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us or buy our services without agreeing to receive texts. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

Frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You won’t receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, and other materials on this website belong to Oakwire Systems or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute them without asking.

Third-party services

Our services work with third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, our CRM and payment providers, phone carriers, and ad platforms. We aren’t responsible for their performance, policies, outages, or decisions (for example, a platform suspending a listing or ad account).

No warranties; limits on liability

We work to keep the site and services accurate and available, but they are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Oakwire Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or for service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.

Ending service

You can cancel anytime as described in “Free trial and billing” above. We may suspend or end your access to the site or services if you break these terms, misuse the services, or don’t pay.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. If you keep using the site or services after an update, that means you accept the updated terms.
